At ProCultures, we believe every organisation has values worth living — but too often those values get lost in the day-to-day. That’s where we come in. We partner with charities, businesses, and membership organisations to bridge the “culture chasm” between what’s written on the wall and what people actually experience.

Our focus is simple: build healthy, values-led cultures where communication is clear, leaders are confident, and teams feel connected.

ProCultures was founded by David Sisson, a consultant and coach with over 20 years’ experience in senior and operational leadership, predominantly in the charity and faith sectors, across the UK and USA.

Throughout his career, David noticed a consistent pattern: organisations talked a lot about their values, but struggled to live them out through their communication, leadership, and systems. The result was a culture chasm that led to frustration, confusion, and disconnection.

ProCultures was born out of a passion to close that gap. By combining culture audits, leadership coaching, and digital communication strategies, David and the ProCultures team have helped clients create environments where people feel informed, included, and inspired to give their best.

When communication, leadership, and culture align, everything shifts. Teams stop wasting energy on confusion and mistrust, and start investing it in what really matters: your mission. People feel connected, confident, and committed, and your organisation becomes more adaptive, resilient and human.

We’ve seen first-hand how transformative it is when culture and communication align. If you’re ready to close the gap between what your organisation says and what it actually lives, we’d love to help.
